"Image-based models of heterogeneous neurodegenerative diseases"
I am the the Director of the UCL Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC) at University College London (UCL). I am also Professor of Imaging Science in the Department of Computer Science at UCL. My expertise is in computational modelling, machine learning, imaging and image analysis. I graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford (1993), and MSc in Computer Science from UCL (1994), and a PhD in Computer Science from UCL (1998). I worked as a post-doc at the University of Pennsylvania until 2000 when I returned to London to take up an academic position. I became full professor in 2010 and Director of CMIC in 2015.
